[Tccc] resource for women in engineering

Hi, all,

Given the recent discussion about potential issues with gender biases in
reviewing, I'd like to bring the following IEEE resource to your attention:

IEEE Women in Engineering
http://www.ieee.org/web/membership/women/index.html

- From the website:
"The mission of IEEE WIE is to inspire, engage, encourage, and empower
IEEE women worldwide."

Please also note that membership is *not* restricted to only women.

Although TCCC welcomes continued discussion on gender - and other -
imbalance issues, WIE may be a useful forum to find additional
resources, or to explore the potential for an IEEE-wide study on the
current trends.

Joe
