held in conjunction with the PICom 2009 last year at Chengdu. The symposium
aims to foster interdisciplinary interaction and collaboration towards the
challenges and new opportunities in practice and theory of social computing
and social networking.The detail can be found at the following webpage.

== Submission Guidelines ==

Prepare your paper with free styles not more than 15 pages in PDF file.
Submit at the symposium submission site:
http://cse.stfx.ca/~SocialNet10/sub/<http://cse.stfx.ca/%7ESocialNet10/sub/>
Each submission should be regarded as an undertaking that, if the paper be
accepted, at least one of the authors must attend the conference to present
the work in order for the paper to be included in the IEEE Digital Library.
